to accept C.O.D. orders or wire transfers.
Offline Ordering
We accept email, mail and fax in orders. You can place your order
online and then mail in a check or money order to Barnyard Products, 9372 County Rd 25-A Sidney Ohio, 45365. Email orders to sales@barnyardproducts.com. Fax order to 888.400.5905. We also take orders over the phone
toll free at 866.206.5285 9:00AM to 4:00PM EST.
Shipping Rates and
Procedures
Barnyard Products ships all U.S bound package orders via UPS Ground or United
States Postal Service. Rates are based on current UPS and USPS
rates, your zip code, and the weight of the product and some products may have additional handling charges due to weight and/or container size. Foreign bound orders are currently not
available in most cases due to custom regulations on our
products. Please contact us at sales@barnyardproducts if you are interested in a product which we can not ship UPS or US Postal Service due to the size or weight of the product. Please allow 10 to 14 days for delivery on most of our products. Some delivery delays may be cause by weather, holidays, inventory availablity, and transportation problems.
Warranty / Guarantee Statement
Barnyard Products warrants
and guarantees that our products are, during normal use,
free from defects in material and workmanship. If this
product does not function as warranted during the warranty
period, contact sales@barnyardproducts or the Manufacturer for repair or replacement.
All orders are subject to manufactures guidelines without notice.
Return Policy
Merchandise
may be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date
for a refund. All items returned for a refund are
subject to a 20% restocking fee (if the item has been used
and must be sold as used) With regard to some products, you
should contact the manufacturer of your item directly for
information regarding eligibility and specific Terms and
Conditions.
